Farm to fork

An integrated value chain

We manage the whole journey - from smallholder farms to the markets and kitchens of Nigeria.

The journey

From seed in the soil to spice in your pot

A rigorous, traceable journey that protects natural colour, aroma and quality at every stage - the heart of our farm-to-fork model.

  1. Cultivate & source

We source chilli, turmeric and ginger varieties with the pungency and colour our customers require - supporting smallholder farmers to grow profitably.

  2. Harvest & sun-dry

Matured fruits are plucked and sun-dried to reduce moisture by ~85%, then registered, bagged and moved to our Kaduna warehouse.

  3. Process & sterilise

At our Ikorodu mill, materials pass rigorous stages to remove foreign matter, then are ground, steam-sterilised and packed to spec.

  4. Crush, pack & sell

We crush, kibble, slice, powder and package, then sell to both businesses and consumers across Nigerian markets.
